As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and configuring ServiceNow-based solutions. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, provide hands‑on technical input, and ensure smooth solution delivery—without being purely focused on architecture design.
This role suits a pragmatic, hands‑on consultant who enjoys collaborating closely with customers, solving technical challenges, and seeing projects through from design to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
* Advise customers on IT service management, digitalization, and process optimization topics.
* Configure and implement ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM – at least two required).
* Participate in concept and specification development alongside customers and internal teams.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues and developers to implement the designed solutions.
* Manage small‑scale technical projects, balancing technical delivery with commercial awareness.
* Support the installation, configuration, and rollout of solutions at customer sites.
* Contribute to pre‑sales activities through demos, solution design input, and feasibility discussions.

* 20% Conceptual and documentation work
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–5+ years of relevant ServiceNow or ITSM consulting experience.
* Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
* Knowledge of REST, Single Sign‑On (SSO), and integration principles.
* ServiceNow certifications in at least two modules (CISSP advantageous).
* Completed FH/ETH degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics.
* Experience in small project teams and direct customer delivery.
* Good written and spoken German and English skills.
* Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style with strong teamwork skills.
Compensation
CHF 110,000 – 140,000, depending on experience and certification level.
