As one of the leading domestic beverage partners, Coca-Cola HBC Austria supplies the entire Austrian market with a product range tailored to the needs of around 60,000 customers - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your new key responsibilities
* You are responsible for the development and implementation of relevant local channel strategies (focus: retail) using available internal and external market data
* You are responsible for monitoring and steering the defined Key Business Indicators
* As a team player, you are responsible for leading, coaching and developing your team members
* Based on the insights including portfolio recommendations, activation points and activation materials, you develop the Picture of Success
* You are responsible for building relationships with cross-functional departments within and outside Coca-Cola HBC

* You have a completed master’s degree in economics with a focus on sales/marketing
* You have gained around 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with management responsibility in the FMCG industry
* You are a strategically and analytically oriented personality and who can solve problems in a creative way
* You are a strong negotiator, have a strong hands‑on mentality and a high level of motivation and enthusiasm
* Your communication skills, passion and project management skills set you apart
* You enjoy working with different computer systems on a daily basis (SAP is an advantage)
Salary:
We offer an attractive, market‑based salary for this position. If you meet the above‑mentioned requirements, you can expect a minimum gross salary of EUR 78,400 - gross / year (based on a full‑time position / 38.5 hours per week, all-in). Depending on your qualification and experience an overpayment is provided.
