Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. In this key role, you will support the development and execution of the hotel's marketing, communications, and brand strategies.
Key expectations:
* Assist in developing and implementing the hotel's annual marketing and communication plan.
* Ensure all marketing materials, visuals, and messaging are aligned with ultra-luxury brand standards.
* Coordinate photo and video shoots, including preparation, logistics, and creative direction support.
* Plan, create, and curate engaging content for the hotel's social media channels.
* Support media visits, press trips, interviews, and reputation-building activities.
* Monitor media coverage and compile regular press reports.
Profile:
* 2–3 years in hospitality/luxury lifestyle marketing or agency PR; experience in ultra‑luxury is an advantage
* Strong writing skills (English & German); additional languages are a plus
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
* Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
