Tasks
* Responsibility for the further development of our quality and food safety management system
* Identification of improvement potential and implementation of corrective and improvement measures, including ensuring their effectiveness
* Responsibility for external audits and certifications
* Conducting internal audits as well as supplier audits
* Conducting training sessions
Skills
* Successfully completed education or degree in food technology or a related field
* 3–5 years of professional experience in the food industry in a similar position
* Food safety and quality management systems as well as relevant standards and norms (FSSC 22000, IFS, BRC, ISO 9001, organic, Halal, etc.) are not foreign concepts to you, but part of your solid professional foundation
* You have good German and English language skills
* Working in interdisciplinary and changing project teams is part of your everyday work routine
* You have experience as an internal auditor and ideally as a supplier auditor
* You are passionate about actively driving improvement and change, and your heart beats for quality and food safety
* You are able to convince and inspire others and, when necessary, assert yourself
