Job Title: Personal Administrative Assistant
The Personal Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior management, ensuring efficient management of daily tasks and facilitating smooth communication and workflow. The role demands confidentiality, reliability, discretion, and outstanding organizational skills.

Administrative Support:
* Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Maintain calendars, handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other communication channels effectively.
Organization & Coordination:
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up tasks.
* Prepare and organize necessary documentation and presentations for meetings and events.
Document Management:
* Draft, edit, proofread, and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Ensure accurate filing and archiving of important documents (digital and physical).
Communication Management:
* Act as a primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
* Handle inquiries professionally, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Personal Assistance:
* Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (e.g., reservations, event planning, and other personal arrangements).
Confidentiality & Discretion:
* Manage sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, proactively, and with attention to detail.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
