To support our continued expansion, we are seeking a committed and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Support & Customer Care team at our St. Pölten location. Technologies: Linux (Debian) and Microsoft environments (Windows Server 2019/2022, Windows 10, Windows 11), Palo Alto, Jenkins and Artifactory, Jira and Confluence, Apache2, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Azure, PowerShell and Bash.
IT Support & Customer Care
As an IT Support & Customer Care, you’ll be part of a dedicated and collaborative team that ensures the stability and continuous improvement of our internal systems, while also providing first-class support to our customers. From day one, you\'ll take on meaningful responsibilities and grow with us.
Your Responsibilities:
* Setup of IT workstations and servers, installation of associated equipment
* IT infrastructure operations
* Logging, analysis, prioritization, and resolution of incidents
* Processing and recording of requests (1st and 2nd level support for our internal IT)
* Installation and maintenance of hardware and software products
* Deployment, configuration, and support of mobile devices (iPhones, iPads, etc.), including the management of three additional services and SIM cards
* Documentation and management of hardware (internal and external)
* Providing telephone and written support to Neuron employees
* Close collaboration with our teams in Hungary, Thailand, and Germany
Your Qualifications:
* Completed education in IT, computer science, or a comparable field (e.g., business schools with IT specialization, technical colleges, universities of applied sciences, or universities)
* Initial professional experience in the IT sector
* Enthusiasm for modern technologies and IT-related topics
* Knowledge of Linux, Microsoft systems, and basic networking
* Hands-on mentality
* Solution-oriented thinking
* Precise and independent working style
* Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based customer interactions
* Excellent customer and service orientation
* Willingness to learn, team spirit, and resilience
* Interest in automation solutions and long-term personal development

In accordance with the IT collective agreement, the minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €3,175 (based on 38.5 hours/week). The actual salary is based on market standards and depends on your qualifications and professional experience.
