You'll help shape how football brands, clubs, and platforms connect with fans across digital channels. You'll combine your football obsession with a growing performance mindset, learning the paid media world hands-on. From matchday moments to long-term campaigns, you'll work with data, creativity, and strategy to drive measurable growth in an always-on football environment.
Requirements and Responsibilities
* Live and Breathe Football Culture: Bring deep knowledge of football, leagues, players, fan behavior, and online communities into daily media and content decisions.
* Translate Numbers into Meaning: Analyze KPIs, audiences, and performance data to uncover insights - and show curiosity for statistics, trends, and optimization logic.
* Paid Media Activation: Planning, set‑ups, and optimizing campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
* Create Clear Stories from Data: Support reports and presentations that turn performance metrics into understandable, football‑relevant narratives.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creatives, strategists, and analysts to align football storytelling with media performance goals.
* Bring Proven Media Expertise: Contribute strong, hands‑on performance marketing experience, applying best practices confidently across planning, execution, and optimization to drive immediate impact.
* Act Independently and Communicate Confidently: Take ownership from day one, represent LOOP in client meetings, and serve as a clear, reliable point of contact with a strong “front-row” presence.
At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full‑time, based in Austria) is EUR 35,000.
