* Lead the full recruitment cycle with confidence and ownership, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and professional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
* Craft compelling, brand-aligned job postings that speak to the right audiences and attract exceptional talent.
* Collaborate with our Talent Attraction & Employer Branding team to support impactful initiatives—from campaigns and events to digital and offline activities—that strengthen our market presence.
* Use data and insights to track key recruiting metrics, contribute to continuous improvement, and actively participate in the refinement of our evolving TA processes.
