A rare opportunity exists for outstanding Store Manager to join our new store opening in Vienna.
Job Description
The Store Manager will lead ZIMMERMANN teams to success, embodying the ZIMMERMANN brand: bringing optimism, creativity and sophistication in everything they do. We are looking for a role model for the team members who consistently provides leadership and sets a standard so that team members feel inspired to come to work.
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure client satisfaction is achieved by every team member
* To ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of excellence in client service, brand knowledge and product knowledge
* Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs
* Promote an enjoyable working environment which promotes passion, focus and discipline
* Following the recruitment process to be effectively managed in store
* Oversee the stocktake and make sure the stock coordinators are organised, prepared and conducted in accordance with our P&P
* Check timesheets are completed
* To ensure the merchandising, window display and the team’s presentation and wardrobe is done in accordance with our P&P
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
* Profound experience in a similar leadership role in Vienna would be a plus (knowledge of customers habits, area...)
* Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
* Passion for the brand and fashion retail industry
* Strong communication skills – the ability to interact positively with the team and clients in store
* Fluent in English and Dutch
