Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Technical IoT expert support for our sepioo hardware and software products
2. Problem analysis, processing, and follow-up of customer and partner requests
3. Reproduction of errors / customer-specific use cases
4. Close cooperation with the development, DevOps, and QA teams
5. Help build a support organization including tools, processes, and personnel
Qualifications
Education:
* HTL or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
* At least 3 years of professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support for hardware and/or software or in software development
Skills/Abilities:
* Programming skills (C#, Java, scripting languages) are desirable
* High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
* Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
* Independent, solution-oriented work style with excellent problem-solving skills
Languages:
* Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken
