We are looking for a Project Manager Region Central Europe (m/f/d) in Raaba or Germany.
Your Tasks
1. Manage SYNERGY agreements (inspection, shut-down planning, advisory service) that Power Plant Service sales have sold according to sales contract
2. Development of SYNERGY Concept
3. Region internal operations
4. Lead and manage project team, co-operation with engineering, procurement, shipping and billing, sales, controlling, field service and quality teams
5. Ensure customer satisfaction
6. Analyze and manage project risks
7. Cost estimation and budget follow-up
8. Tracking and reporting overall progress and status
9. Document management
10. Assigned development projects (SYNERGY, other), participation to sales activities
11. Arranging meetings internally and with customer (Hosting Client Events (project related)
12. Creating and updating of the project action plan and project documentation
13. Gathering feedback on the product, product feedback analysis and corrective measures
14. Generating spare parts RFQs and forward to Spare Parts Team
15. Shut Down participation for revisions and inspections at least part time (if part of contract)
16. Procurement invoice handling
17. Creating schedules
18. Giving billing permission and tracking billing dates
19. Project budget monitoring
20. Updating project status
21. Creating NCR notifications
Your Profile
22. MSc. or BSc. in Mechanical/Process engineering or equivalent
23. Experience in the P&P industry (Experience in power boiler technology or maintenance or manufacturing industry is considered as an advantage)
24. Language skills: Native German, Fluent English, other as advantage (Spanish, Portuguese, Finnish, Swedish,…)

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € ,07 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
