1. Contract Review and Management: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating various commercial contracts, including but not limited to client contracts, inter-company agreements with subsidiaries, supplier agreements, lease contracts, cooperation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
2. Corporate Governance and Compliance: Ensure company operations in planning and development comply with all relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, Antitrust Law, Commercial Law, etc.). Handle legal entity matters such as company registration, annual reviews, and changes.
3. Legal Risk Prevention and Control: Identify and assess potential legal risks in company operations, and provide proactive preventive strategies and solutions.
4. Legal Consultation and Support: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management and all departments, supporting daily business decisions for market, sales, procurement, and other teams.
5. Dispute Resolution: Manage and coordinate legal disputes, arbitration, or litigation cases, collaborating effectively with external counsel to safeguard company rights and interests.
6. Intellectual Property Protection: Assist in managing the company's intellectual property matters in Europe, such as trademarks and patents.
7. Other Regulatory Affairs: Responsible for interpreting other business-related regulations and coordinating communication with external approval authorities and relevant legal institutions, such as regulations related to dual carbon emissions, customs regulations, and other EU policies and regulations.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law from a well-regarded domestic or international university is preferred. Passing the National Legal Profession Qualification Examination or holding an equivalent EU legal practicing qualification is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate legal departments or law firms is preferred. Practical experience in handling commercial law and corporate law matters in Austria or EU countries is preferred.
3. Proficient in the EU and Austrian legal systems, particularly in contract law, corporate law, and data protection law, is preferred. Proficiency in EU legal policies, ESG, and familiarity with electric vehicle policies is preferred.
4. Language Skills: Proficiency in both German and English is preferred. Ability to proficiently draft and review contracts in English is preferred.
5. Excellent legal analysis, logical thinking, and judgment skills are preferred.
6. Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills are preferred.
7. High degree of business acumen, with the ability to provide pragmatic advice from a legal perspective, is preferred.
8. Integrity, meticulousness, ability to maintain work confidentiality, and capability to handle significant work pressure are preferred.
