Auslink Transport Services P/L is a proud Australian caravan manufacturer of Malibu. We’re the market leader in high-quality timber and aluminium-framed caravans. Founded in 2014, we have grown exponentially with a total number of 13 dealerships across Australia.
We are a family-owned company, and our mission is to deliver unparalleled top of the range caravans, transportation services, personalised and exceptional customer service. Auslink Transportation P/L manufactures caravans at Campbellfield, Victoria with a workforce of 100 employees including independent contractors. Auslink plans to expand their manufacturing capacity to Motor Homes and Shipping Container Homes.
About the role:
Auslink Transportation P/L are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team and support the creation of a productive work environment that aligns with our organizational growth to manage the workforce which includes independent contractors.
Job Specification
1. Develop and implement HR strategies to meet business objectives, including talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
2. Provide advice and assistance to management staff on the implementation of recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
3. Represent the organization in negotiations with employees, unions, and external stakeholders.
4. Develop and implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Manage employee costs, including salaries, benefits, and training expenses.
6. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational performance.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and well-being.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources with 3 years’ experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations in a management role, and in reputed organisation/s or Diploma in Human Resources/ Business Management with 5 years working experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations in a management role, and in reputed organisation/s.
Person Specification
Extensive knowledge of human resource management principles, practices, and excellent communication skills in English language (both writing and speaking), good communication skills in Sinhala & Tamil languages are essential. Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise.
