YOUR MISSION:
1. Provide excellent customer service and consistently implement it on the sales floor in line with PUMA values and established service standards.
2. Ensure that effective customer service helps you meet or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets.
3. Ensure quick, competent, secure, and accurate processing of sales transactions at the checkout.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and order, and adhere to all Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA values.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise efficiently and accurately.
6. Identify opportunities to improve merchandise flow and communicate these to your team.
7. Support us in a part-time role (20-30 hours/week).
YOUR TALENT:
1. Commercial training or education is an advantage.
2. Excellent PC skills in Word and Excel.
3. Good written and spoken English skills.
4. Ability to work independently, logically, and responsibly.
5. Motivated team player with organizational skills and initiative.
