Responsibilities
The role is twofold:
* Serve as the technical leader of a team of Cyber Security Consultants, guiding their career growth and acting as the local spokesperson for the Global Solution Lead.
* Act as a solution expert, translating business requirements into technical and project plans for SOC engineering, detection engineering, SOAR and incident response services.
* Create Statements of Work, project plans and requirements definitions for team projects.
* Support the evaluation cycle of your team members.
* Engage with customers and ensure a fruitful partnership at all times.
* Coach engineers in their daily activities.
* Perform technical account management duties for specific top-tier, strategic clients.
* Continuously stay up to speed with the latest trends and technologies in the SOC field.
Requirements
* Hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
* Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCFA or equivalent (highly desirable).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SOC environment and experience in structuring, coordinating security operating tasks or project management.
* Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
* Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, SOAR and endpoint protection and detection.
* Excellent communication skills in English and German.
* Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
