Your expertise is crucial in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex semiconductor equipment. Your swift action in responding to situations is critical in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction of Lam’s valued customers. ## What you’ll do Responsible for customer betas including installation, qualification, milestones, technical requirements, training and certification of local teams / customer Provides support to engineering and service products both at the factory and in the field Includes working in customer wafer fabrication sites / environments as required to fulfil the support function Creates and presents reports related to design, reliability, maintenance problems, SW bugs, projects and escalations to the relevant factory groups Creates and updates documentation for field service engineers and customers Support reported product issues by the field service engineers via problem reports Participates and leads as required Knowledge Management activities to share learning worldwide in order to expedite solutions, reduce repeat issues, escalations and improve cycle time closure Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature Represents Lam by creating material and expertly presenting technical findings to the customer Can take place at the factory or in the field depending on the need Can include travel at short notice (24 hours) ## Who we’re looking for
