As a boutique consulting firm, we are currently seeking a Consultant Innovation & Delivery (80-100%) for our Zurich office. Are you an experienced management consultant with a strong professional network, eager to take on more responsibility and make a direct impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment?
* Manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex strategic projects and ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives
* Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and strategic planning sessions to drive actionable outcomes
* Leverage your professional network to identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client relationships
* Develop business strategies, strategic plans, and roadmaps that align with organizational goals
* Provide strategic guidance based on technology and industry trends, ensuring alignment with client objectives
* Develop KPIs, financial models, and high-impact presentations to monitor and measure the success of strategic initiatives
* Lead market research, analysis, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic decision-making
Your Profile:
* Bachelor's, Master's (preferred), or equivalent degree in a relevant field such as law, business, accounting, IT, engineering, or science
* 2-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in German (Swiss German preferred) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional official Swiss languages is an asset
* Interest in MMG’s additional services
