Retail and Education Manager | Queensland | Full Time Max Term Contract
Responsible for driving the success and growth of L'Oréal Luxe brands, including Yves Saint Laurent, Kiehl's, Lancôme, and Armani Beauty across various retail channels such as boutiques, department stores, and pharmacies.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute retail strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives across the multi‑channel portfolio.
* Design and deliver best‑in‑class education programs for Beauty Advisors.
* Lead, coach, and motivate field teams to maintain operational excellence and a luxury customer journey.
* Analyze retail performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in retail management and/or education, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector across various channels (department stores, boutiques, etc.).
* Strong leadership and people development skills to coach and inspire teams.
* Excellent business acumen and analytical skills to drive performance.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Agile and adaptable approach to a fast‑paced retail landscape.
