Accountabilities
* Design visually compelling static ads for social media, display channels, and other digital platforms.

* Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and adhere to style guidelines.
* Optimize creative assets for performance and marketing objectives.

* Prepare and deliver final files optimized for web, email, and social media platforms.
Requirements
* 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing static ads and email campaigns.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and email design platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
* Experience designing for digital platforms including social media, web, and email marketing.
* Ability to create responsive email templates optimized for mobile and desktop views.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
* Creative problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
