YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and consult EMEA markets to drive After Sales growth and profitability
2. Strengthen and support distributor networks across the region
3. Increase market penetration of service products through strategic initiatives
4. Drive retail performance via targeted actions and continuous monitoring
5. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
6. Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field with several years of experience in after sales portfolios for industrial goods, preferable lifting devices
7. Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
8. Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and self-management, combined with a passion for learning, continuous improvement, and openness to new ideas
9. Strong communication and intercultural skills with confidence in collaborating with international and external stakeholders
10. Fluent in German and English (business level), proficiency in additional languages is an advantage; willingness to travel up to 60% across Europe

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
