Partner Marketing Manager (Remote from Malta)

Accountabilities:
* Design and execute integrated regional partner and channel marketing programs aligned with territory plans, sales objectives, and pipeline goals.
* Manage and deliver joint marketing initiatives with partners, including co-branded events, digital campaigns, webinars, and demand generation activities.
* Plan and oversee regional events such as conferences, roadshows, and partner summits, ensuring strong execution, budget control, and measurable ROI.
* Develop partner enablement and co-marketing resources, including toolkits, templates, and campaign assets that support adoption and revenue growth.
* Collaborate with sales and business development teams to optimize lead follow-up, tracking, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
* Measure, analyze, and report on channel marketing performance using key metrics such as engagement, conversion, velocity, and return on investment.
* Adapt global messaging to ensure relevance for regional audiences and contribute to compelling campaign content and partner-facing materials.
Requirements:
* At least five years of experience delivering partner or channel marketing programs in a B2B or enterprise environment.
* Strong expertise in demand generation, integrated marketing, and performance measurement with a results-oriented mindset.
* Proven success executing campaigns and events that drive pipeline growth, deal acceleration, and exceptional attendee experiences.
* Experience creating and adapting content across multiple formats, including digital campaigns, email marketing, partner assets, and event materials.
* Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, account-based marketing, segmentation, budgeting, and business case development.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel sales teams and external partners.
* Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, Splash, or similar platforms.
* Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
* Willingness to travel up to 30 percent as needed.
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
