* An interest in healthcare, science, or digital policy and a genuine desire to make a difference!
* Experience in public affairs, producing position papers, briefings and press releases - you know how to get the message across clearly!
* A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative and work independently: You don’t wait to be told what to do!
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills: You enjoy working with others and building relationships across sectors!
* Confidence in outreach and stakeholder engagement, especially in multi-stakeholder or cross-sector settings
* Familiarity with European health policy frameworks and current debates in healthcare, digital transformation, or research policy is a plus!
We offer:
* A meaningful role at the heart of European healthcare and research policy, which can help shape the voice and presence of a leading medical community in EU decision-making!

* A modern office in the heart of Vienna (U1, U2, U3 and U4)
* A dynamic and international work environment with a mission-driven team!
* Possibility to work in from home on a regular basis
