YOUR JOB
Calculation and tendering for international construction projects: You will be responsible for calculating and tendering for international construction projects, ensuring that tenders are economically and technically sound.
Technical review of functional tenders: You will review functional tenders from a technical perspective and assess their feasibility and potential risks.
Development of optimization proposals in the calculation: You will develop optimization proposals as part of the calculation in order to achieve economic and technical improvements to the projects.
Quantity surveys based on tender and planning documents: You will carry out quantity surveys based on tender and planning documents in a careful and comprehensible manner.
Correspondence with suppliers: You will be in regular contact with suppliers, obtain quotes, and clarify technical and commercial details.
Participation in active sales: You will play an active role in sales and support the development and implementation of sales activities.
YOUR SKILLS
Completed technical training
Work experience in a comparable position would be an advantage
Technical understanding and a flair for numbers
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

SALARY
You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer a minimum annual salary of € 53.200,- gross. There is a willingness to overpay depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
