The challenge for this position is to further grow and develop our Goods-2-Person Warehouse Automation solutions in the Benelux area. Looking at our product portfolio, typically the AutoStore and AMR based solutions are within the focus area for these G2P offerings. In this role you will report to the Sales Manager G2P Solutions.
Sales Organization
The Sales organization consists of a team of Account Managers, Sales Engineers, Sales Consultants and Marketing Specialists. Within a multi-functional and often multi-cultural team, future proof solutions are designed and offered to our customers.
Sold projects are handed over to the project execution team, which ensures that the projects are successfully completed and handed over to both the customer as well as the service organization.
Main tasks and responsibilities
* Meet or exceed the order intake targets, demonstrating a strategic approach to market penetration and revenue growth;
* Lead generation to facilitate the order intake and growth;
* Develop leads into written orders;Maintain a good relationship with the OEM’ers;
* Managing both the external (clients, consultants and suppliers) as well as the internal stakeholders to ensure the success and buy-in of the solution proposals at various levels within the organizations;
* Follow company policies, rules and regulations.
Personal qualities and competences
* A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional ability, within a technical and/or business degree;
* Strong commercial skills and the ability to transform customer needs into technical requirements and system solutions and business opportunities;
* Preferably more years of commercial working experience with high-value engineered solutions;
* Good knowledge of Dutch and English, verbal and written;
* A strong intralogistics network in the Benelux area;
* A true international team player;
* Result-oriented and possess the knowhow to achieve commercial results;
* Proven track record of negotiating small to medium sized CAPEX deals;
* Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team environment, demonstrating cultural awareness and adaptability;
* Strong negotiating and contractual skills, with legal knowledge to support CAPEX contract negotiations and protect company interests;
* Proven experience in B2B sales with extended sales cycles, demonstrating a track record for achieving commercial results;
* In-depth knowledge of automated warehouse solutions and their applications;
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets;
* Readiness to travel frequently to meet clients and colleagues across the region.
