Your Responsibilities
* Drive the identification of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in collaboration with Sales and the Global Product Manager
* Strategically and operationally manage military products throughout their entire lifecycle, from development to market success
* Analyze customer needs and define specific product requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and compliance with military standards (e.g., MIL-STD, STANAG)
* Conduct comprehensive competitor, market, and industry analyses to support decision-making and strategic positioning
* Advance the product strategy by developing scalable modules and standardized products based on tender executions
Your Qualifications
* Technical education (HTL, FH, UNI) in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, defence technology, or a related field
* Several years of professional experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Sales, ideally within a military or security-critical environment
* Affinity for the military, knowledge of military procurement processes and frameworks is an advantage
* Willingness to take initiative and shape outcomes as well as an analytical and structured way of working
* Fluent in German and English, with a willingness to travel (max. 20%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
