We are looking for an HR all-rounder (f/m/x) covering recruitment, administration, time management, and payroll preparation.
Job Description
Recruiting & Onboarding
* Creating and publishing job postings
* Managing applications and conducting interviews
* Organizing and supporting the onboarding process
HR Administration
* Maintaining personnel files (digital and physical)
* Preparing contracts, certificates, and references
* Managing vacation and sick leave records
Time Management & Payroll
* Monitoring and maintaining time tracking data
* Preparing and reviewing monthly payroll in collaboration with the external provider
* Acting as a contact person for tax and social security matters
General HR Processes
* Supporting employees with HR-related inquiries
* Contributing to the development and optimization of internal HR processes
* Assisting with projects and internal trainings
Qualifications
* Completed commercial education or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
* Several years of experience in HR, ideally in a comparable generalist role
* Proficient in MS Office and common HR software
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
* Discretion, sense of responsibility, and strong team spirit

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.000 (based on full-time employment).
