Project Director for operations management for pharma projects in Switzerland Construction Site abroad (Europe) INTRO As a Project Director in Operations Management for pharmaceutical projects, you are the central hub for our projects in Switzerland. With your leadership skills, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial mindset, you ensure smooth operations and inspire both clients and partners. TASKS * Leadership and support of project teams, especially project managers, in the execution of pharmaceutical pipeline construction projects in Switzerland * Preparation of proposals and management of execution during the bidding phase * Support in sales activities * Point of contact for customers and suppliers * Preparation of technical documentation for projects in industrial piping * Weekly stays in Switzerland for approximately 80% of working time; based in Wallern or one of our other locations in Salzburg or Traiskirchen. QUALIFICATIONS * Completed technical training in mechanical engineering or a related discipline (HTL, FH or university) * At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management of pipeline construction projects - preferably in the pharmaceutical sector * Solid commercial understanding & entrepreneurial mindset * Willingness for extended on-site stays abroad in Switzerland * Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills * Very good IT skills * Excellent English skills WHAT DO WE OFFER? SALARY We would like to point out that the minimum salary under the attractive collective agreement for the metal industry is EUR 71,227.94 gross per year. The actual salary ranges from EUR 90,000 to EUR 98,000 gross per year and will be determined together with you.
