Senior eCommerce Data Analyst & Product Owner (f/m/d)
Your Mission
* You analyze sales data, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness to pinpoint trends and opportunities, turning these insights into strategic recommendations and measurable business cases for Sales and eCommerce
* You support planning and forecasting by identifying commercial patterns and performance drivers
* You collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements aligned with overall business objectives
* You lead the setup, maintenance, and optimization of GA4 tracking and reporting across web and app platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data collection through the configuration of custom events, conversions, and dimensions
* You develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder needs and work cross-functionally with IT and development teams to resolve technical tracking issues and ensure robust implementation
* You define and monitor key performance indicators like conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), average order value (AOV), and funnel efficiency
* You conduct benchmarking and performance diagnostics to pinpoint gaps and areas for improvement, and you support the creation of recurring and ad-hoc performance reports for business stakeholders
* You ensure data accuracy and completeness by collaborating with BI and Data Engineering teams
* You support the implementation of data governance practices, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR, and provide training and documentation to boost data literacy within business teams
Your skills
* You have at least 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field
* You have proven expertise with Google Analytics (preferably GA4), including setup, customization, and reporting
* You are able to connect analytical results with business outcomes and present insights to non-technical audiences
* You are experienced in working in a global and cross-functional environment
* You show strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.500,- on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
