In the Group Functions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do:
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly financial reports and analysis to the Senior Leadership Group
2. Planning & Performance Management: Support group planning processes and develop management dashboards
3. Strategic Initiatives & Projects: Implement a financial planning tool
4. Collaboration & Communication: Support finance teams in subsidiaries and prepare management presentations
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive transformation initiatives and standardize financial performance across the group
What you bring:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting / Masters Degree preferred
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role
3. Proficiency in financial modeling. Power BI & Power Query skills are a plus
4. Fluent English is a must and German skills are a plus
5. Understanding of IFRS and strong communication skills
