For my customer in Austria, I’m currently looking for a freelance SAP GRC Consultant (m/f/d) with SOX.
Framework
* Start: asap
* Availability: Ideally 100%, at least 70%
* Location: 3-4 days/week on-site in area near Linz; no option of 100% remote
* Duration: 12 months
* Languages: German & English (both mandatory at fluent level)
* Interview process: 2 steps – Interview, First round planned for days 23rd and 24th of October
Tasks
* SOX Compliance
* Preparation, Execution and proactive steering of tasks related to SOX Audit based on Request list
* Conducting regular meetings reinforcing SOX Compliance and IT Security standards
* Documentation and execution of SOX compliant processes
* Self Testing / Regular internal Controls
* Contribution to Audits, updating ISO documentation and continuous improvement
* Monitor and Support of Termination process ensuring timely
* User access requests – Monitor overall backlog of requests including all involved roles
* SAP Role Changes: Definition and Review of Dashboards to manage overall backlog
* Define principles and cascade tasks for regular User and Role Owner recertification process
* Change Authority in derogation approvals
* Drive adherence to ITIL compliant change management workflows for all system changes
* SAP ECC Authorization Management
* Manage SAP authorizations (from design to execution) in SAP ECC
* Execute role changes, manage transports and changes in SAP ECC + ServiceNow
* Coordinate external security resources
* Monitor the proper execution of SAP GRC processes, e.g. handling of super user requests, log reviews
Skillset
* >3 years of experience in SAP authorisations - consulting, concept development, role design & configuration, implementation support
* >3 years of experience in SAP GRC consulting
* 1-2 years of experience in SOX compliance
* Strong communication skills in German and English (both fluent)
