Key Tasks
* Commercial support for executive board projects and strategic initiatives with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
* Conducting data analyses to support decision-making
* Responsibility for analyzing, controlling, and optimizing overhead costs throughout the company
* Developing and implementing measures for cost control and efficiency improvement
* Establishing transparent structures for tracking and evaluating overhead costs
* Identifying deviations, weaknesses, and optimization potential
* Working closely with specialist departments, international subsidiaries, and the finance department to identify potential savings
* Preparing reports, presentations, and recommendations for action for management
Key Qualifications
* Completed degree in business administration or comparable training, ideally with a focus on controlling
* Several years of professional experience in controlling at an international corporation or in a comparable analytical role
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage
* Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, analysis for Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong analytical skills, high numerical comprehension, and strong communication skills
* In-depth understanding of state-of-the-art management reporting
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills
* Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as intercultural competence
