Engineering Coach (f/m/x)
We are looking to strengthen our team of Engineering Coaches and thus we are looking for you.
Engineering Coaches in RBI help software product teams in our banking group to get better in how they deliver software. This is an exciting opportunity for people who want to combine technical expertise and being a change agent in a modern organization.
Working location is Vienna, a low amount of travelling may be required.
Your mission at RBI:
* Help teams to figure out problem areas in their software delivery process
* Provide hands on help in setting up pipelines and implementing test automation
* Deliver trainings for the RBI Group Engineering platform
* Act as ambassador for modern software engineering practices including the use of AI coding agents.
Your core competencies:
* 5 years plus of experience in Software engineering
* Senior level developer experience (ideally Java)
* Scripting skills in python and bash
* Experience with Test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright)
* Deep experience with a modern Continuous Delivery tool chain (GitHub, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube)
* Container Technology
* Basic understanding of Kubernetes
* Solid experience in using AI based coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, WindSurf)
* Proficiency in Continuous Delivery, Unit Testing, Test Driven Development and Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
* Good English, both spoken and written
