The team supports solutions around credit risk management, compliance and ESG, turning business ideas into clear, implementable concepts and ensuring reliable outcomes.This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) and can be set up as employment or contractor arrangement. With flexible setup and ~1–2 onsite visits/month.What you'll doWork closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, clarify goals, and translate them into clear requirement specifications for implementationSupport feasibility studies, transformation and implementation activities in the risk/compliance/ESG domainAnalyze data requirements, contribute to data catalog improvements, and specify data quality checksInvestigate issues, structure findings, and propose concise, easy-to-understand solutionsPerform business process analysis to improve existing ways of workingValidate delivered solutions and runs to ensure business satisfaction, with a strong focus on checking correctness of outcomes (especially around peak periods)Keep work organized and transparent in an Agile setup (JIRA)What you bring3+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Analyst / Business Analyst Strong SQL skills: ability to write queries and work confidently with data modelsExperience with reporting / data checks / reconciliations and a solid "follow-through" mindsetA testing mindset (quality focus, ability to validate results end-to-end; test/QA background is a plus)Strong communication skills: able to explain problems and solutions clearly to both business and ITProactive attitude, ownership, detail orientation, and the ability to handle multiple parallel topics without losing prioritiesEnglish working proficiency (German is not required)Work setupPart-time: 20 hours/weekHybrid/remote: ideally some presence, mostly remote is possible with ~1–2 office visits/month.Location: Vienna If you enjoy working at the intersection of risk + data + process + quality, and you like digging into problems until you get a reliable answer — we'd love to hear from you.Show more Show less
