Your territory
As part of our Communications team, you will:
* Create clear, concise, and user-focused copy for mobile applications, advertising, and marketplace listings
* Drive more impact with less effort: use AI-powered tools, from generating first drafts or creative concepts to optimizing messaging through performance insights, streamlining repetitive tasks, and blending the best of human creativity with machine efficiency to get to the perfect result
* Develop messaging and copy for campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Design, and Sales teams
* Write copy for emails, landing pages, ads, TV spots, videos, and other marketing materials
* Contribute to a consistent, human-centered UX by collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers
* Maintain and evolve the Tractive brand voice across all touchpoints.
* Produce source English copy that will be localized for 12+ languages and markets
* Work with a fun, global team of passionate language lovers

Your profile
Key requirements:
* Several years of copywriting experience with a strong, versatile portfolio
* Great English skills and ideally able to “speak USA”
* Proven track record with AI in content creation, optimization, or workflow enhancement
* Skilled in data-informed copywriting
* Experience with UI/UX writing
* Sound knowledge of advertising and marketing principles
* German language skills are a plus
* Able to contribute to campaign ideation, creative briefs, and strategic messaging
