Your responsibilities
* Deputising for and supporting our head chef (days off, holidays)
* Creative preparation and design of dishes and buffets/menus as part of half‑board
* Keeping a watchful and trained eye on quality and hygiene guidelines
* Professional planning of organisational and work processes
* A knack for preparing seasonal and regional foods
* Passing on knowledge and expertise to the younger generation
* Creative contribution of new recipes and ideas
* Responsible for the proper handling of food and various work materials
