How You’ll Make an Impact
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts
* Develop new customers and market segments
* Drive commercial activities that support sales growth and increased market share
* Implement territory- and account-level sales plans aligned with business strategy
* Identify high‑potential opportunities together with Marketing
* Negotiate and close contracts and agreements
* Represent Lubrizol at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
* Deliver accurate reporting, forecasting, and market insights
* Manage your annual territory budget effectively
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
* A Bachelor’s degree in chemical, polymer or mechanical engineering, chemistry, or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in the performance plastics industry (TPE/TPU is a strong plus)
* Proven success in sales growth and account development
* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* A self‑starter mindset with the drive to develop markets
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
* Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region
* Fluency in English; proficiency in a Slavic language is a strong advantage
