Your mission
* Training for customers and employees on our software solutions and products (online and on-site);
* Analyzing customer requirements/customer feedback to develop training concepts;
* Creation and administration of training documents and e-learning content in the form of videos and texts;
* Working and communicating with internal teams (development, support, sales, project management);
* Autonomous and continuous professional and practical training as well as regular professional exchange with internal departments.
Your profile
* Solid technical education (HTL/FH or comparable qualification);
* Practical experience in the training sector would be ideal;
* Confident presenting in front of large groups of people;
* Rhetorical and didactical skills;
* Organizational talent, customer-oriented, and flexible;
* Good knowledge of MS Office;
* Very good written and spoken German and English;
* Knowledge of video editing would be an advantage;
* Willingness to travel and driving license B.
