As a member of the CD product line, you will act as a technical marketing expert supporting the sales team and customers in GC and beyond. Your expertise in power electronics and business acumen will help identify and enable business opportunities in the AI data center segment. You will also serve as an ambassador within the global GCO organization to promote mindset change, speed, and agility.In your role, you will:Support the definition of strategy for the AI Data Center segmentCoordinate product technical support and develop technical collateral for GCO products to GC customers and FAE teamsLead technical design-in activities for GCO productsDefine technical solutions for GCO products targeting AI applications in the GC marketContribute to business segment roadmaps (e.g., product RM, innovation RM)Establish and foster technical partnerships with key customers, influencing decision-makersDevelop technical partnerships from concept to prototyping with local partnersTrain and enable the FAE community with product updates and trainingRepresent the local PL in standardization groups and industry associationsYou are eager to share your knowledge, understand both details and the big picture, and are open-minded and innovative. You possess strong communication skills and are capable of building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients worldwide.Ideal candidates will have:A degree in Electrical Engineering or similarAt least 6 years of professional experience in the semiconductor power electronics marketExperience leading engineering teamsKnowledge of power semiconductor technologies, including wide-bandgap, discretes, modules, and gate driversFamiliarity with high-voltage AI data center power components such as three-phase power supplies, SST, SSCBA proven track record in product definition at key customer accountsHigh customer orientationStakeholder management skills in a global contextExcellent English communication skillsSelf-driven attitude with the ability to provide feedback and take corrective actionsWe offer competitive salaries and benefits based on experience and qualifications, with a monthly salary paid 14 times per year.
