Culinary leadership and operational responsibility for international catering assignments
On-site role at Formula 1 GrandPrix weekends in the Paddock Club™
Ensuring our quality and service standards
Leadership and coordination of international kitchen teams
Collaboration with operations and service teams
Contributing to the development of menus and food concepts.
Off-season / race break:
Working in one of our DO & CO fine dining restaurants in Vienna
Completed culinary training and several years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef
Experience in fine dining, upscale catering, or event gastronomy
Valid work permit for Austria
Structured working style and strong leadership skills
Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
Excellent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
We offer a gross monthly salary of €5,500, plus additional compensation for Formula 1 races & other international events
