Service Desk Analyst / IT Support (f/m/x) is the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries from internal employees and external partners. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by providing frontline support to both local and remote teams. Working within established IT processes, you’ll collaborate closely with central IT functions to maintain a reliable, secure, and user-focused IT environment.
We’re looking for a team member to support our Innsbruck location on a part‑time basis. While the exact hours are flexible, we’re thinking of around 20 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities
* First‑Level Support – Serve as the primary contact for all IT requests, incidents, and issues, providing prompt troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, network, and user‑access topics. Escalate complex issues to second‑level or specialized teams as needed.
* Workplace & Device Support – Manage the company’s IT hardware inventory, support setup, configuration, and maintenance of end‑user devices, and ensure all devices comply with IT policies and security standards.
* Application Support – Provide daily assistance for key business applications including Microsoft 365, Business Central, BDM, and other tools. Help users with access issues, questions, and basic troubleshooting, coordinating with central teams when necessary.
* Operational IT Tasks – Perform routine checks and maintenance to ensure smooth IT operations, document incidents and solutions in the ticketing and the knowledge management system, and support onboarding/offboarding and other important IT processes. Promote IT awareness and guide users in best practices to maximize security and efficiency.
What You Ideally Bring With You
* Completed IT education or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
* Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
* Basic knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and standard IT hardware.
* Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues efficiently.
* Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management) is a plus.
* Structured, reliable, and user‑focused work style.
