Minimum qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 2 years of experience in program or project management.
* Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Experience with local tax and administration.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.
* Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting, and purchase orders.
* Knowledge of local authority requirements to ensure the successful running of the data center.
* Excellent communication skills.
About The Job
As a Data Center Site Business Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance agreements of data center related systems. You will lead cost control, contractor management, and procurement projects, collaborating with other stakeholders (e.g., Environment, Health, and Safety department). You will actively support local data center technicians by ensuring they are sufficiently informed regarding relevant processes. You will serve as a local escalation point for finance related matters.
You will support the site management and other Business Operations Program Managers (BPMs) in maintaining key metrics, providing data, and conducting analyses to facilitate informed decision-making. Responsibilities
* Lead annual budget development aligning with strategic objectives. Provide estimates for operational and capital budgets, regularly review and communicate budget reports with variance analysis and clear insights.
* Evaluate proposals using structured decision-making and ensure seamless stakeholder communication.
* Collect and analyze cost data, support management in maintaining key performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for strategic planning.
* Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they receive assistance in the local language, guidance on legal compliance, and acting as a local point of contact for audits.
* Execute assignments with varying supervision levels, showcasing self‑initiative and adaptability. Plan and coordinate tenders and agreements for essential services such as mechanical and electrical maintenance services, landscaping, cleaning, catering, waste disposal, and recycling.
