We are seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our award-winning F&B venues, ensuring each guest experience reflects the highest standards of excellence, personalization, and luxury. This hands-on leadership role includes managing restaurants, Schlossbar, See Club, In-room dining, and events, while fostering a culture of impeccable service and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of daily F&B operations, including restaurants, lounges, bar, room service, and events.
* Coordinate between kitchen, service, and stewarding teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
* Monitor service standards and engage with guests during peak periods to support the team.
* Maintain and elevate service standards in line with brand and Forbes Five-Star expectations.
* Handle VIP guests and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
* Conduct training and briefings on luxury service etiquette and product knowledge.
* Lead, coach, and develop F&B supervisors and service staff, promoting a collaborative environment.
* Assist in preparing and managing the F&B budget, including labor, costs, and supplies.
