The Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe (CIRSE) is a non-profit making, educational and scientific association aiming to improve patient care through the support of teaching, science, research and clinical practice in the field of cardiovascular and interventional radiology. Based in Vienna, the society represents over 10,000 physicians worldwide. Our main mission is to provide education and training to our members to enhance patient care and to constantly improve the medical discipline of interventional radiology.We are now looking for a new team member to join our Board Relations and Association Management Department. Organising meetings, drafting minutes and completing timely follow-up activitiesPreparing materials such as presentations and briefing notes, timelines, project outlines and reportsProviding administrative and project management support to various working groups and/or EU-funded projects on different medical/scientific topicsBuilding and maintaining relationships with members as well as external stakeholders to support ongoing collaboration and future engagement opportunitiesProviding on-site support and real-time coordination during meetings and events at CIRSE's congressesManaging official society correspondence and assisting with administrative tasks and coordination as neededYou will work in close co-operation with the Society leadership and your team colleagues, reporting directly to your head of department or team lead and the CIRSE Executive Director.
Native (or near-native) English speaker with a good command of GermanWorking knowledge of at least one additional language, ideally French or SpanishUniversity degree in social sciences, politics or communications, or related fieldsExperience in managing projects, organising meetings and drafting minutes and reportsExcellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholdersStrong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailCompetence in Microsoft OfficeInterest in medicine and related political/business development fieldsAbility to quickly adapt to new topics and challenges
