Are you passionate about driving real estate projects from concept to completion? As a Project Coordinator in our Corporate Real Estate Management team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of construction, relocation, and modernization projects through effective planning, communication, and documentation. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Support project leads in planning, managing, and executing real estate projects (new builds, renovations, relocations, etc.) Coordinate schedules, resources, and stakeholders (internal and external) Monitor project progress, milestones, and budgets Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation Organize and follow up on meetings, workshops, and presentations YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a comparable field Initial experience in project coordination, ideally in real estate or construction Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Gantt, agile methods) Proficient in MS Office and digital collaboration tools Good command of English; additional languages are a plus WE OFFER: Flexible working hours with no core time and the possibility to work from home Further training and international career opportunities Corporate health management "PALfit" Company restaurant with freshly prepared meals and a daily meal subsidy Job ticket for travel to and from PALFINGER Numerous employee discounts through Corporate Benefits Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment.
