Your Role
As a Marketing Specialist at Kinnovis, you'll play a vital role in shaping our brand communication and expanding our market presence. If you're passionate about creating compelling content, mastering digital marketing tools and driving engagement, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.
Your Responsibilities
* Create diverse content including website updates, landing pages, blog articles, direct mail and print collateral to effectively communicate our brand message.
* Develop and manage our supplier directory whilst conducting case studies and customer interviews to showcase real-world impact.
* Drive digital presence through SEO optimisation, large language model refinement and video content creation for maximum engagement.
* Manage social media strategy across platforms including LinkedIn and other channels to build brand awareness.
* Coordinate trade show logistics and create feature release announcements to keep our audience informed and engaged.
* Cross-Team Support within the office to assist with vendor coordination, administrative tasks, support for management and social activities.
What You Bring
* 2+ years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of creating engaging content across multiple channels.
* Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
* Proficiency in marketing tools including Mailchimp, Hubspot, Elementor, Adobe Creative Suite and social media platforms.
* Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, analytics tools (GA4, GSC, GTM) and content optimisation.
* Experience with video content creation and basic design skills.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English and German (C2); French or Spanish is a plus.

Nice to Have
* Experience with large language models and AI tools.
* Knowledge of Figma, Notion and Miro for collaborative work.
* Experience with pay-per-click advertising and Semrush.
