To enhance our successful Customer Service & Success Commercial Europe Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria, we are looking for a passionate Representative Customer Service Commercial (f/m/d).
Your Responsibilities
* Independently manage and grow a portfolio of small business customers, overseeing the full L2O and O2C process.
* Execute and manage the end-to-end L2O process for assigned customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Act as the primary commercial contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting pricing, quotations, and customer communication.
* Coordinate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and update SAP master data (customer, material, pricing) and external customer tools (e.g., JIRA, ARIBA).
* Support commercial activities including price negotiations, credit checks, KPI tracking, and customer surveys.
* Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data, reporting insights, and proactively managing customer feedback and complaints.
Your Profile
* Graduated from a business-focused secondary school (HAK/HBLA, Matura).
* 3+ years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, or sales support, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of SAP (especially SD and CRM modules).
* Experience with customer portals/tools such as JIRA and ARIBA.
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Excel and Power BI.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
* Fluent in German; English skills are a plus.
