Tasks
* Redesign, optimization, and monitoring of logistics processes
* Project implementation in the DACH region and regionally (e.g., KANBAN, Push, Kaizen, CIP, 5S, shop floor management)
* Training of all employees, process optimization, and follow-up evaluation
* Analysis of processes and preparation of feasibility studies
* Preparation of project plans according to company guidelines
* Coordination of project staff and ensuring a continuous flow of communication between customers, employees, and the company
* Collection and provision of (including daily) KPIs and process statistics, internally (supporting site management) and in preparation for customers
* Planning and coordination of maintenance and inspections
* Contact and coordination for external companies (cleaning, pallet lifts, containers, coffee and beverage vending machines, etc.)
* Claims management
* Material ordering and management (ordering/procurement via SAP), as well as IT equipment from the customer
* Fleet management and analysis of statistics in Fleet Manager (e.g., Operating hours)
* Planning and coordinating maintenance and inspections for forklifts and vehicles, issuing a driver''s license
Requirements
* Several years of professional experience in business management, hands-on experience in Lean Engineering (MBA, technical degree, postgraduate studies in Lean Engineering, or similar)
* At least a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable university education
* Good programming skills, macros, and KPI evaluations
* Confident use of MS Office, good SAP user knowledge
* Independent and creative working style
* Team player
* Fluent German and English
* Experience in contract logistics desired
