Responsibilities
* Create and maintain visualizations, project documents and presentations (including refinement).
* Prepare, coordinate and conduct appointments with customers.
* Provide initial consultation and support for customers in the showroom.
* Create, send and follow up on quotes.
* Order processing and control of order confirmations.
* Maintain project documentation, schedule management and general back‑office tasks.
* Read and, if needed, adjust architectural plans.
* Support the sales team in day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications
* Finished technical or technical‑commercial training in construction, architecture, interior fitting or sanitary.
* Independent, proactive working style and willingness to take responsibility in a small team.
* Confident appearance, strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
* Organizational strength, reliability and structured work approach.
* Spatial awareness and interest in design and planning.
* Willingness to use a CAD system (training provided on the job).
* Proficient with administrative tasks and digital tools.
