Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the bushing product line.
* Collect market information to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
* Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product requirements, specifications, and development timelines.
* Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
* Work closely with the sales and business development teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
* Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
* Provide technical support and training to the sales team and customers, as needed.
* Prepare and present product-related reports, including business cases, project updates, and performance metrics.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for all bushing products.
Your Profile:
* Engineering degree in electrical engineering.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, engineering or R&D, preferably in the electrical power industry or a related field.
* Basic project management skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and follow multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
