* Support and further development of the ERP software CSB
* Creating, maintaining and managing the necessary system, process and user documentation
* Advising and supporting users in the handling of applications and processes
* First and second level support: receiving, analysing and processing enquiries and faults in the ERP system area
* Coordination of the further development of the ERP application: recording and analysis of requirements from the specialist departments | creation of solution concepts | implementation by means of customising
* Creation of change requests in collaboration with the application developer
* Development, support and optimisation of automatically controlled processes (ERP service)
* Carrying out training for colleagues in Production, Warehouse and Administration
* Coordination, implementation and documentation of system enhancements as well as release and update tests
What you bring with you
* First professional experience in a comparable position desirable, but not a prerequisite
* Stress resistance, flexibility and high resilience
* Service-orientation and strong communication skills
* Independent, structured and precise way of working
* Very good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, ideally initial experience with an ERP system, preferably CSB)
* Knowledge of English is an advantage
For this full-time position, we offer a gross monthly salary in line with the market starting at € 3,500.00 depending on specific qualifications and experience.

* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
* First professional experience in a comparable position desirable, but not a prerequisite

* Very good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, ideally initial experience with an ERP system, preferably CSB)
* Knowledge of English is an advantage
